MICHAEL WOOD

Director/PRODUCER, EDITOR

A Bay Area-based video producer, director, and editor with over 15 years of professional experience across corporate, nonprofit, fitness, broadcast, and commercial real estate production. As the founder of Mediaworks Productions, he has led projects for clients including Les Mills International, 24 Hour Fitness, BART, and Foster Farms, managing every stage of production from concept through to delivery. Michael's hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge make him an asset on any project, whether he's behind the camera, in the edit suite, or overseeing a full production team.

JES GALLEGOS

Producer, DP

Jes Gallegos (they/them) is a Bay Area-based video producer, director, and editor with 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality live-action content for leading brands and platforms. They specialize in managing full production lifecycles—from budget planning and team coordination to serving as on-ground camera operator and steering post-production workflows.

Their cross-functional collaboration spans major brands including Google, Salesforce, Dropbox, and Airbnb, alongside content for Netflix, National Geographic, and Wall Street Journal. Jes excels at translating brand vision into compelling video narratives, working seamlessly with creative teams and executive stakeholders to deliver content that drives marketing objectives.

José Vergelin

DIRECTOR/PRODUCER, EDITOR & DP

José has decades of experience as a video producer, director, videographer and editor. He has also worked as creative director and advertising campaign director serving non-profit organizations, government agencies and companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, La Clínica de la Raza, San Francisco Health Plan, Alameda Alliance for Health, Wells Fargo Bank, We Care Solar and Lieberman Productions/Proactiv Solution among many others.

Over the years, José has produced and directed TV, radio and print media content for the California Suicide Prevention Campaign, created a series of health-related videos about prenatal care for San Francisco General Hospital, produced literally hundreds of videos for Kaiser Permanente, and edited a number of customer stories for Oracle and Google Cloud through Fridays Films.

He has also has worked for The Shift Network, the Institute of Noetic Sciences and for HESA Institute, producing consciousness-related videos, a special interest of his. He has produced and/or directed over 200 media-related projects.
